This leaves us with attachments to these belief systems, our fears, and the pain and suffering caused by these beliefs. This is an enslavement of the mind and drives us to live a life that is not truly what our heart wants.
THE WHAT
When we can unpack these illusions, false realities, and perceived safety mechanisms we can become free of these constructs. This is where true sovereignty lives. This is when we can connect to our hearts and thrive in our limitless potential.
THE HOW
